Can the stay extend if the house hunt takes longer?
Yes. Stays extend month to month whenever the home is available.
What is included in the rent?
Every home comes fully furnished with utilities and fast Wi-Fi (usage caps apply), linens, towels, a stocked kitchen, laundry and parking.
What is the minimum stay?
One month. Extensions are easy to arrange when your plans change, so you are never locked into a 12-month lease.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. All nine of our homes welcome pets.
