What if the rebuild runs long?
Stays extend month to month, so a delayed permit or construction schedule does not force a move.
What is included in the rent?
Every home comes fully furnished with utilities and fast Wi-Fi (usage caps apply), linens, towels, a stocked kitchen, laundry and parking.
What is the minimum stay?
One month. Extensions are easy to arrange when your plans change, so you are never locked into a 12-month lease.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. All nine of our homes welcome pets.
