Can you house a family for a full academic year?
Yes. Stays start at one month and extend easily, and our larger homes welcome children and pets.
Is the Wi-Fi good enough for remote work?
Every home has fast Wi-Fi included, with usage caps, and a laptop-friendly workspace.
What is included in the rent?
Every home comes fully furnished with utilities and fast Wi-Fi (usage caps apply), linens, towels, a stocked kitchen, laundry and parking.
What is the minimum stay?
One month. Extensions are easy to arrange when your plans change, so you are never locked into a 12-month lease.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. All nine of our homes welcome pets.
